The Pediatric Stethoscope 3M Littmann ® Classic II is based on Littmann Classic stethoscopes ‘ proven design. It is a reliable, hard-working clinical tool for smaller patients ‘ physical evaluation, monitoring, and diagnosis.

The Pediatric Stethoscope 3MTM Littmann ® Classic II is specifically designed for use in smaller patients. It provides high acoustic sensitivity for both high and low frequency sounds through its dual-sided chest piece. It is used for physical evaluation and diagnosis in pediatric patients by medical professionals and students alike to identify, listen to and study heart, lung, and other body sounds.

Headset tension is easily adjusted by squeezing or pulling apart the ear tubes for head size and comfort. For an excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit, snap-tightened, soft-sealing ear tips conform to individual ears. Eartips snap firmly to the ear tubes ‘ ends and require considerable effort to remove for safety.

Resilient tubing of the next generation retains its shape and flexibility even after tightly folding into a pocket. Because of improved resistance to skin oils and alcohol, it provides a longer stethoscope life and is less likely to pick up stains. The tubing of the next generation is not made with natural rubber latex, which is an advantage for sensitive medical professionals and their patients. And, to play its role in protecting human health and the environment, there are no phthalate plasticizers in the next-generation tubing.
